Welcome to Mind Massage — a free weekly group where stress gets shown the door (politely, of course), and your unconscious mind finally gets a turn at the wheel.
Each session, you’ll be gently guided into a natural state of focused attention — a kind of psychological spa day where you don’t have to say a word, solve anything, or even understand what’s happening for it to work.
We’ll blend light conversation, playful metaphors, and a short guided hypnosis designed to help you:
Unwind the nervous system
Get out of your head (in a good way)
Stop treating stress like an admin task you keep putting off
No awkward sharing. No clucking like a chicken. And no obligation to “believe” in hypnosis. Just come along, lie back (or slouch impressively), and let your mind do what it’s always known how to do: reset itself.
