
What we’re about
This group is for young adults (ages 18–30) who want to connect regularly and engage in meaningful discussions about important life topics — including grief, romantic relationships, emotional intelligence, burnout, social anxiety, and more.
In addition to discussions, we also hold informal sessions to practise various techniques such as mindfulness and self-reflection.
The sessions are led by me, Lidiya, a Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society. I am currently continuing my studies to become a psychotherapist. Originally, these events were paid sessions offered during my time in private practice. However, as I continue my studies, they are now completely free of charge, informal, and not part of any paid professional activity.
