First Meeting and Meditation

Hello Everyone,
We will start this meetup this Thursday evening with some time for introductions and sharing. Then we will do the Changing Boxes Short Version Meditation. I will play the meditation from another device and my laptop microphone should pick it up and transmit it to everyone, however the sound quality would no doubt be better if you owned the recording, so I do recommend purchasing it. It was $16 with the discount from the retreat. Either way, it's all good!
Afterwards, there will be time to share again, if you would like.
