What we’re about

Welcome to an inspirational evening with Lobo Medina, Professional Coach and Certified Change Manager (first event to be announced soon!).

In this Meetup we will have conversations about men's issues related to health and fitness, business, well-being, mindset, how-to, improvement and more!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Of men and for men.
This is a Meetup which is exclusive for men. There is a separate group for women called FEEL, and an open group called MEET, where everyone is welcome to participate and attend.
  2. Allow yourself to be a beginner.
Nobody is born an expert. We all have different lives, experiences, and are in different situations in our lives. Be ready to not be ready, but have openness and be prestigeless. This will work if you work it, and you will always learn something if you allow yourself the opportunity to learn, improve and become better.
  3. Support each other.
I believe that we already have all the answers that we need, but sometimes we need the support from a group and a Professional, that can help in the process of finding and defining those answers. The main purpose of this group is to support each other by focusing on what I call, the 5 Self-Principles: self-reflection, self-knowledge, self-esteem, self-respect and self-improvement.
  4. Find your own answers.
While you can connect with each other's experience and worthy support each other, I would recommend that you use this opportunity to improve yourself and your situation by sharing your experience and listening to your own answers. Because, who is most likely to have the answers that you need but you?
  5. What is said here, stays here.
I don't believe in safe spaces. But I believe that we can create a space of improvement and growth by speaking freely, challenging each other and exchanging thoughts, ideas and strength. In order to do this, I suggest that we follow a principle of trust, with which we can create open and free connections with one another, and at the same time, be discreet about the conversations that we have. "First rule of the fight club is..." talk about our group! The more we are the better we will be! But have discretion and maintain what is said in the meetings within the group.

My best wishes and hope to see you soon!
