It’s been a year, hasn’t it?

For many people, this time of year brings that familiar feeling: “I thought I’d be further along by now.” And with the new year starting to loom, it’s easy to slip into stress or avoidance instead of taking stock.

This group session should only run for about an hour, but please allow for a little extra time if needed. Please bring a pen and paper.

I’ll lead you through a simple exercise to look at your life across different areas including work, relationships, health, mindset, and purpose, and get an honest 360° view of where you are. Not worse than it is, not better than it is, but real.

Who is this for?
Anyone who feels tired, burnt out, anxious, overwhelmed, low in confidence, or simply ready to change one or more areas of their life. People who feel like they’re in the middle of a crisis, whether midlife or otherwise. People who are recently out of a relationship and unsure how to move forward.

For those who want more joy, connection, love, success, or growth but don’t know where to start, this session will help you see the full picture and gain clarity on what needs attention in your life.

Be reassured, this isn’t a deep dive into anyone’s personal story. It’s a guided reflection, not a coaching session.

At the end, I’ll invite anyone who wants to go deeper to a free private session where we can turn your insights into a plan so you can start the coming year knowing what needs to change and how to actually do it.
