“A supportive and intentional space where individuals come together to engage in reflective writing practices. Rooted in mindfulness, this group encourages presence, non-judgment, and deep awareness—both of one’s inner experience and the writing process itself. Participants write in silence, often guided by prompts, then may share (if they wish) and listen with empathy and respect. The aim is not perfection, but authenticity, clarity, and connection—with the self and others.”
