Welcome to our MindBody Circle. The aim of this group is to help each other improve physical and mental well-being through a holistic set of practices and disciplines. We will have a variety of activities such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, martial arts, and tai chi & qigong, which will enhance your flexibility, strength and mobility, as well as your overall mental health.

Whether you're looking to get in shape, manage pain or stress, or deepen your spiritual practice, our group offers a supportive space for growth and self-discovery.

For those living in Vienna and surrounding areas we will organize activities both outdoors and indoors, where we'll meet and practice together.
