People prepared for days to settle the body, steady the mind, and create the inner conditions needed to truly receive what Mahashivaratri offers. Without preparation, the night passes like any other. With preparation, it becomes an opportunity for clarity, stillness, and a deeper sense of awareness.
In modern life, most people arrive at Mahashivaratri tired and distracted. The body wants to sleep. The mind is scattered. Alertness becomes effort. This six-day Mahashivaratri Sadhana exists to change that.
Each evening, we come together for a structured, gentle, fully guided practice that steadily builds stability, clarity, and inner stillness. Alongside the practices, we will watch selected video insights from Sadhguru, offering context on Shiva, Mahashivaratri, and why this night has been held as significant for thousands of years.

Participant guidelines
- Participants are encouraged to wear light or white coloured clothing, though this is not compulsory.
- Please come on a light stomach. An empty stomach is preferred, as it supports comfort, alertness, and ease during the practices.
