"Soul Retrieval" is a shamanic concept. It is possible that because of past traumas, injuries & losses, part of our "soul essence" or "life force energy" has been lost. This plays out in life as our insecurities, low self esteem, anxiety, depression and addictive & destructive behaviors...

At this workshop, you will experience a process for retrieving that lost energy or soul essence, and learn how to change those limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and habitual behaviours for the better.

The concept of Past Lives fascinates us all, but how might we better understand this idea, and access memories that may link to our own past life experiences?

This workshop will explore the concepts of Reincarnation, Karma and the Akashik Records from a historical and spiritual perspective. You will also experience a guided Past Life Regression Journey to gain insight into a particular challenge or problem that you face in this lifetime, now.
