Women's self-defence classes for those who would like to get fit and learn realistic self-defence in a friendly, fun and welcoming environment.
Ideal for beginners but also ninja level will benefit from this unique training style ;)
Female holistic personal trainer with more than 12 years experience, fully qualified and insured.

• REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Enhanced Boxing Instructor
• K.F.M Chief Instructor
• Enhanced Suspension Training certificate
• Circuits training certificate
• Degree in Communications and PR
• First Aid certificate
Having been exploring many different martial styles such as Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Capoeira and Tai chi as well as followed the Yoga teachings over the last 10 years.
Pilar's currently Managing Director of Fit Fast Trainers (leading Personal Training company in London).
Based on the principles of Fitness, Self-Defence and Mindfulness SheNinja brings the strengths and main foundations of these three together, leading to a powerful, effective and holistic training approach in which the body works in sync with the mind at its full potential.

We love training within our own limits without getting bruised.
We go to train with our own regular training clothes, no need to use kimonos, diva-type or fancy tops. Simply whatever we feel like!
We enjoy having a good sweat with a motivating trainer who is there to push as much as to understand we are all different and have different days, and above all to help us stay connected to our bodies and overcome mind resistance.
We know that self-defence is a highly valuable skilled which may save our life, only to be used as a last resort. But we actually train this to get fit and have fun.
We are determined to feel, move and look good, to be healthy from the inside out.
We want to boost our physical and mental confidence and therefore live a fuller life.
We want all mentioned above and we want it in a ego-free female environment, learning and having fun together, getting fit and contributing to build and keep a safe space in which we will always finding mutual support.
