Welcome to MindFuelBody! This group is for outdoor enthusiasts looking to blend physical activity with mindfulness practices such as meditation and guided visualisations. I offer a variety of activities including hiking, (trail) running, sauna events as well as nutrition advice and hypnotherapy. I offer 121 coaching services and also run regular retreats and workshops in Dorset and the UK.
