Life feels messy when everything piles up at once 😩.

The M.A.P. Workshop is an evidence-based, guided session led by highly qualified instructors (postdoc and master’s holders) designed to help you pause, reflect, and focus on just one area of your life at a time🥸.

Using simple templates, the 20/80 rule, and light coaching, you’ll step away from distractions, enjoy a safe social environment over coffee, and leave with a clear, realistic action plan you can apply immediately 😍.

This is a paid workshop (150 SR) to ensure depth, value, and commitment — and it’s also a chance to socialize with educated attendees, exchange inspirations, and grow together🗣️.

20 mins → Presentation + explanation of papers & templates

40 mins → Focused writing & reflection
