Join Amy Lee Hochman online for an hour of mindful silence and reflection on this last day of the year. Zoom links will be sent out that morning, via group email to all the participants who have RSVP'd.
Participants will log in and sit silently with one another with an occasional reminder by Amy to let our thoughts come back to the present. The silent meditation will last for approximately 30 minutes. Then, after the silent sit has concluded, participants can reflect on significant events from this past year, or as is this group's "go to" prompt, what they have been grateful for this past year.
