Every Friday morning at 10am MT, Denver Public Library sponsors this mindfulness gathering by Zoom.
Led by Lisa Lowe, certified Mindfulness Teacher with 20 years' experience, this weekly event features a short talk, followed by a 20 minute meditation, and time for questions afterward.
The only prerequisite is a sincere desire to experience the benefits of mindfulness in a small, respectful community online.
We've had participants from other cities, other states, Europe, and as far away as New Zealand, so you do not need to live in Denver to join us!
All are welcome.
There is no fee, and the sessions are drop-in. Come when you can, and we'll always look forward to seeing you there.
