Meditation & Art: The art of letting go!

Details
The art of letting go!
For me art is a form or expression. A way to express what the soul cannot translate into language. It doesn’t matter whether it is in the form of drawing, dancing, singing, writing… there is a lot to be said by letting go and allowing the creative juices flow.
No experience required. These workshops are not designed for training, to become an “artist”, but they are designed to help you let go, relax, explore the depths of your soul and come together in community and share ourselves.
During the workshop we will start with a short meditation and then we will engage in a number of exercises designed to help you relax, bring your focus and attention to the present moment, and allow yourself to flow with whatever wants to come out.
Every workshop is based on a theme, and we will be exploring various concepts and ideas around that theme. For example: letting go, boundaries, love, limiting beliefs to name just a few.
The theme for the first workshop is “The art of letting go”!
