Get ready to immerse yourself in a journey of rhythm and movement. Our live DJ, Backpack Jesus, will guide us on a booty-shaking, heart-pumping dance journey, fusing fun and eclectic global beats to connect with your inner self and the collective energy of the dance floor.

9:15 AM doors open + remain open
9:30-10 AM guided movement warmup
10 - 11:30 AM ecstatic dance
11:30 - 12:00 PM cool down and connect
Location: Studio Pierre-Paul Savoie, 5333 av. Casgrain, suite 716.
Dress Code: Pajamas, costumes, comfy clothes, or get fancy - wear what makes you feel awesome!
