Hot Pilates After Dark

Hot Pilates After Dark is a high-intensity, low-impact interval class with dance club vibes, built for singles who'd rather earn their endorphins than fake small talk over drinks. Come solo or bring a friend. Either way, you'll find your people through good, sweaty movement. We turn up the energy, build strength, and walk out feeling better than we walked in. No experience needed, no pressure to be anyone other than yourself, no pressure to stay after. Electrolyte water provided after class.
(This class is a typical "Inferno Hot Pilates" class, so if you've taken one before, you'll be right at home!)

Please bring water, a mat, and a towel, as it will be a heated space. We also have these available at the front desk if you need one.

What is Hot Pilates??
A heated, HIIT, low-impact strength class designed to build core strength, sculpt lean muscle, and improve endurance. Pilates-inspired movements + functional strength training + timed intervals + beginner accessible + joint-friendly. Expect to leave feeling strong, empowered, and energized.

Is it going to be hot?
Yes, The Hot Room is a heated studio, and this class - a full 60-minute Inferno Hot Pilates class - will be done in 90-100 degrees with 10-30% humidity. You're going to sweat, and it's going to be great!

What should I bring?
If you have a mat, a mat towel, an extra towel (if you sweat a lot), and a bunch of water please bring them. If you don't, we can hook you up at the studio. Wear clothes that you can move and sweat in, and bring a towel to sit on in the car on the way home.

What happens after class?
We'll have electrolyte water available to help you cool off and replenish. Many of us will hang out afterwards to chat or possibly continue the fun at a local restaurant/bar. We have locker rooms with showers if you want to clean up after class. No pressure to stay or chat. Just glad you came!

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely!! Grab a couple and make a night of it!
