Join us every **Thursday at 6 PM** for an embodied yoga practice designed to help you release tension, ground yourself, and cultivate presence. This is a trauma-informed, accessible class—no prior yoga experience needed. Expect a Hatha-Vinyasa flow, breathwork, and a space to listen to your body’s wisdom.

Come as you are—your body, your pace, your practice.
