I've created this group to facilitate mindful exploration of the erotic.
This means we look at sex and sexuality with awareness on several levels including the physical, mental and energetic.
I have classes and events where I guide us through different experiences and offer on the spot coaching withing the group.

A snugglefest is a safe space to engage in non-sexual touch while practicing open communication and maintaining personal boundaries. It is a place to learn and practice communicating around touch and asking for what we want, being vulnerable with our wants and needs, honoring our own emotions, experiences, and boundaries, and respecting those of others. It is also a place we can develop a new way of seeing rejection as an honoring of someone elseโs desires and boundaries. You can come to the snugglefest to meet new people, to have a great conversation, or just to cuddle!

This is a demonstration-based workshop with some clothed practices.
You choose your level of participation:

After the teaching portion, thereโs an optional guided practice and social exploration time for those who want to stay and play a little longer in a relaxed, supportive pleasure research lab.
