What we’re about

We love bushwalking and also love meditating. So we combined both of them to create this unique event. It's a gentle guided mindful hike coupled with meditations. We encourage a lot of deep discussions, open conversations and heaps of stupid questions. We will also have some periods of guided and supported silent walk to help you experience what it means to be mindful. Also we understand that not everyone responds to silence the same way. We do our best to help support you during your journey through mindfulness.

If you have never meditated before, this is an excellent opportunity to give it a go. If you are a seasoned meditator, we are most delighted to welcome you. So please do join us, no matter where you are in your mindfulness journey.
