Sunday Mindfulness Walk + Café

Join us for a calm Sunday mindfulness walk followed by a cozy café conversation.
This event is for immigrants, newcomers, students, and workers who want to slow down, breathe, reflect, and connect with good people in a peaceful way.
We will begin with a short grounding and check-in, then walk together at a relaxed pace while practicing mindfulness through breath, body awareness, and presence.
After the walk, we may sit together at a nearby café or public space for meaningful conversation, reflection, and socializing. You can share, listen, or simply enjoy being part of the group.
We will end with a short closing reflection to notice how we feel and what we want to carry into the week.

What you receive:
A guided mindfulness walking meditation, emotional reset, calm community connection, simple reflection practice, and a water bottle.
No mindfulness experience is needed. This is not therapy or a formal class. It is a calm, respectful, and welcoming space to walk, breathe, talk, listen, and connect.
