MINDFUL LAUGHTER MONDAY SESSIONS IN TREPTOWER PARK!

YES! It's Monday and yet another opportunity to gift all our laughter chuckle muscles a good workout and start your week off with a relaxing, positive bang.

This 1 hour session is divided up into 3 parts:

  1. Warm Up (stretching/breathing/movement exercises)
  2. Laughter Exercises (various playful and creative tasks/activities/games)
  3. Laughter Meditation/Relaxation

In order to reap all the benefits of laughter one needs to laugh between 10 - 15 minutes (or as close as you can get) of deep belly laughter. It sounds like an impossible task, but actually it's not with the aid of the different laughter exercises and if we allow ourselves to fully let go and to be in the present moment. Sometimes we have to fake our laughter until it transforms into real and contagious laughter. It has been scientifically proven that the body cannot tell the different between real or simulated laughter so the good news is that we get all the same physiological and psychological benefits!

LAUNGUAGE: English

WHERE: We shall meet at the Gustav-Meyer-Denkmal Monument in Treptower Park, between 19:15 - 19:25 Uhr. From there we take a short walk to a nearby location. The laughter session will begin at 19:30 Uhr.

WHAT TO BRING: Warm and comfortable clothing to move around in and a water bottle for refreshment. A cushion to sit on or a yoga mat to lie on for the last 10 minutes of the session is optional.

REQUIREMENTS: No previous experience is necessary. Everybody also families welcome! Bring a friend!
