Want to try meditation but you're short on time? Come join us for a 30-minute introduction to breath meditation. I'm looking to offer meditation in bite-sized ways for today's busy people. I've recently been certified as a mindfulness instructor under teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
The format for these meetings:
- Quick instructions on how to practice
- Practice for 15-20 minutes
- Questions and answers
All are welcome! If you are completely new to meditation or you've practiced for many years, you are welcome to join this session.
