Welcome to our Mindful Living Meetup group dedicated to learning how to improve the way you practice self care! This is a 2 day, in-person group that focuses on self-care, ways to connect with yourself and others around you. Join us as we explore the connections between surviving and thriving, holistic health tips and techniques. There will be a talk for the first hour and then a chance for guided conversation for 30 minutes. Whether you’d like to improve the way you look at the relationship with your body, change the way you see the rat-race of Silicon Valley or just want to meet others that want to improve the way they see the world- come on by!

This group is led by a licensed marriage and family therapist and the subject matter will be from both a professional and personal perspective. There will be paper handouts and pens provided.
There is a suggested donation price of $40.00 per event (in cash) when you arrive. There will be a sign-in sheet to confirm registration. The location of the event will be provided after you have registered for the event. Contact info for the host will also be provided after registration is complete.
