Group events are designed for women who want to slow down in daily life, learn mindfulness practices that are easy to implement, meet like-minded women who value putting themselves first, and want more presence, peace and purpose in life.

I am a holistic health + recovery specialist. This space is open to all women who want to practice mindfulness.

At live events we will learn about the health benefits of mindfulness practice and then do a specific practice together. Events may include essential oil education and therapies, workshopping and community gatherings.
