Mindful Mama Meetup Evening Edition

Mindful Mama Meetup is for any English-speaking Mamas and Mama2B who are looking to connect here in Frankfurt. The meetings will generally take place on the last Wednesday of the month and alternate between daytime and evening events. Our next meetup is already around the corner and will be at 7:30pm.

For the evening sessions, I'd like to expand the focus of our discussions beyond new parenthood and explore some topics that might be relevant to Mamas of older kids as well. That's why I am suggesting that we all listen to a shared podcast and then come together to discuss what we learned/perspectives on the issue, etc.

We will continue the conversation from our last session with episode of Raising Parents, the newest podcast by Dr. Emily Oster.
