Easy Self-Care Tips:
We’ll go over some super easy practices you can do anytime, anywhere to help you feel more centered and calm. These aren’t time-consuming rituals – just quick, effective methods to bring you back to your best self.
Research-Backed Techniques:
You’ll learn methods that are proven to work, so you can trust that these tools will really help you out when you need them most.
Building Our Circle:
This isn’t just a one-time thing. We’re looking to build a community of Moms who can support each other, make some new friends and create a support system we can all lean on.

Marisa Mazza, PsyD (CA PSY23800) Psychologist and mom, Dr. Mazza is passionate about helping moms build mindful connections with their children. She utilizes her expertise in evidence-based therapy to create workshops that empower moms to reconnect with themselves and their families.
Susan Swearingen Owner of WIldHeart Boutique in St Augustine, Susan is passionate about offering space for women to be authentically themselves. She is a yoga teacher, trained teacher of mindfulness and mom of grown daughters. Susan draws on her experience with Montessori education and self-compassion practices. Her workshops guide moms on their unique journeys, fostering self-discovery and open communication.
