Motherhood can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to carry it alone.
Join Mindfulness for Mamas, led by Dr. Marisa T. Mazza, a 6-week virtual support group for moms ready to release perfectionism, reconnect with what matters, and meet themselves with more kindness.
Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), this group offers space for reflection, optional sharing, support, and skill-building in a warm, mom-centered community.
📅 When: Thursdays, 1:00pm - 1:50pm EST, starting October 2nd

This group meets virtually for 6 weeks on Thursdays from 1:00pm - 1:50pm EST. After the six weeks, there is a two week break, then there is an option to commit to another 6 weeks.
This is not therapy, but a deeply supportive space for growth and connection.
