Mindful Marietta @ Studio Ife
Details
We are trying out a new location for our regular meetings, and a slight change to our start and end times. The new time will be 7:15-8:15. Located 1 mile from the library at Studio Ife Dance and Yoga at 1477 Roswell Rd. Suite 250. Marietta, GA. 30062 (the bottom left corner of the plaza).
We will begin with a guided meditation, followed by an instructional dharma talk, and end with group discussion.
We suggest a cushion if you're going to sit in the chairs provided. Some chairs have cushions while others may not.
No prior meditation experience needed. All are welcome.
Donations are appreciated and go directly covering our rent of the studio.
