We are are group of gay and bisexual men who want to be in touch with ourselves and with others, and who are interested in Mindfulness. We offer yoga, and workout events that combine reiki, tantra, touch, meditation, massage and sound healing.

Our monthly 3-hour workshops cover a range of topics such as Energy & Touch; Tantra; Massage Techniques, and much more. Our quarterly weekend retreats will delve deeper into spirituality, and wellness.
There are no monthly dues for this group.
