A return to the monthly meeting!
We will be supporting each other in our recovery from symptoms of anxiety, depression, etc., in this hour-long discussion and meditation group.
Expect to hear about and share about "feeling the feelings", a meditative tool for acknowledging, accepting, and moving past difficult emotions. Other topics of interest concerning recovery will be open for discussion.
We will also have a guided meditation on grounding ourselves, the ability to find ones center of strength within.
