At our October meeting of Mindful Mental Health, we will join to support each other on our recovery journeys, and learn and practice mindfulness tools to aid in recovery. After introductions, we will have a discussion, and end with a 10 minute guided meditation.
This month's discussion will be about the Art of Slowing Down. How do you find the time and the ability to pull away from the hectic pace of everyday life to engage in self-care and find some peace and calm within yourself?
All are welcome.
