Mindful Mental Health

At our November Mindful Mental Health, we will be discussing ways to boost mental health recovery with mindfulness practices. The topic for this month is "maitri", or "loving-kindness", the practice and attitude of showing kindness toward oneself. Starting with ourselves, we then can extend kindness to others. We will also have a guided meditation on loving-kindness, which invites well wishes for oneself, others, and the world.
