Mindful Mental Health is a discussion, support, and meditation group where we learn and practice mindfulness tools to improve mental wellness. It began in January 2025. In this final meeting of our 1st year, we will explore ways to settle our minds.
What can we do to help with racing thoughts, anxious thoughts, worry? We'll discuss tools for taking it one thing at a time.
We close with a 10 minute guided meditation on breath awareness.
For beginners and experienced meditators alike. For anyone desiring relief from symptoms of mental illness.
