Mindful Morning Walk - Roswell

Join me for a Mindful Morning Walk in Roswell. We will be meeting at Riverside Park @ 575 Riverside Rd, GA 30075. Exact meeting location will be provided the day before the scheduled walk.

Each walk begins with a grounding session to help each attendee to connect their minds and senses to nature and to become present in the moment.

• I understand that registering for a morning walk guided by Yvon Roland, LPC does not enter us into an agreement for therapy.
• I am participating at my own risk. If for any reason I believe that I am physically unable to participate, I will not attend a walk until I am able.
• I understand that the walk will occur in nature and I am responsible for determining what attire works best for me according to the predicted weather and comfort. Extreme temps (high or low), heavy rain, thunderstorms and lightning will deem it necessary to cancel the scheduled walk.
• I understand that it is okay to depart from the walk early if needed without disrupting the other participants.
• I understand that the Mindful Morning Walk activity is not deemed as a physical fitness regimen that would lead to weight loss, building of muscle strength nor cardiovascular support.
