Close your eyes and picture your optimal life. One in which you are really focused on the present moment, capturing every essence of life. You sleep well. You appreciate life, health, and happiness. Join us as we take you there during our weekly Mindful Movement class. We will start off with inner reflection and conscious breathing, and continue with gentle exercises that will add vitality to our weary bodies. Then, we end the class with a guided meditation that will seem to slow down time as we focus on receiving the care we need and releasing what we can not control. There are no skills necessary for this class. Bring your yoga mat and stretch bands (we have extra) and open yourself to rekindle the light within you.🌟
