This is a peer-to-peer and shared learning space! If you have experience with Tai Chi or Qigong, or helpful tips to general practice, we invite you to share. That's truly how these practices are learned – through consistent repetition, observation, and communal exchange.
What to Expect in This Session:
- Easy warm up and body stretching with a Qigong focus , to activate our body's vital energy
- Slow movements standing up that require moving arms, hands and upper body and lower body. (If you need accommodations do ask. send dm )
- We'll focus on learning and practicing the Form 8 sequence breaking it down into easy-to-follow steps for everyone. currently using this playlist to help us : step by step FORM 8
- Repetition and memorization: Expect to do part of the sequence more than once
- Focused on body form and mirroring : Be open to receive gentle guidance to help you find your flow while you mirror the movements of those around you , connect with your breath, and become more aware of your body in motion with the others

- Anyone interested in trying Tai Chi or Qigong for the very first time.
- Those with some experience looking to revisit or refine forms and movements.
- People seeking gentle, low-impact exercise for health and relaxation.
- Anyone wanting to enjoy peaceful movement outdoors and be part of a new community

- Comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
