About us
Mindful Movement Toronto is now Atma Yoga Shala
Since our first year, our goal has been to bring together individuals interested in yoga, movement, pranayama breath work, meditation, and overall mindfulness. We practiced in parks within Downtown Toronto to ground with nature and connect with the breath. Now we are working on creating a community space, starting with online yoga classes.
Our group is led by a certified yoga instructor who is passionate about making yoga accessible and meeting other yoga and mindfulness enthusiasts. All skill levels are welcome! You can expect postures to be broken down and variations suggested to make them suitable for you. Plus, practicing in a group makes it easier to stay committed.
All you need to join us is a yoga mat and a water bottle. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our passion for mindful movement!
