Welcome to Mindful Movement Toronto!

Our goal is to bring together individuals interested in yoga, movement, pranayama breath work, meditation, and overall mindfulness in the great outdoors. We practice in parks within Downtown Toronto to ground with nature and connect with the breath. All skill levels are welcome!

Our group is led by a certified yoga instructor who is passionate about making yoga accessible and meeting other yoga and mindfulness enthusiasts. You can expect postures to be broken down and variations suggested to make them suitable for you. Plus, practicing in a group makes it easier to stay committed.

At our events, we will meet in a park of choice to start with some grounding breath work, warm up the body, practice flows and postures that help build strength and mobility, and finally cool down with extended breath practice.

All you need to join us is a yoga mat and a water bottle. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our passion for mindful movement!
