Do you prioritize movement in your life, running, hiking, cycling, yoga, etc, and want to bring that same intentionality to your inner world? This group is for people who honor both body and mind.

The Vibe:
Optimistic, grounded, real. We’re building a community of people who care about being present both in motion and in stillness.

What We Do:

• Welcome & theme setting: we’ll give you something to think about.
• 20 minutes of seated meditation (all experience levels welcome)
• Community sharing: How did the meditation go? What’s bringing you joy? What are you working through?

Who This Is For:
You’re someone who values growth, shows up for yourself and others, and sees your life as interconnected with the world around you. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have an established practice, you’re welcome here.
