Mindful Nature Connection Walks gives people the opportunity to slow down and immerse themselves in nature. Nature connection walks involves walking slowly through the woods and tuning into your senses to relax, be calm and be present.
The walks are guided by a Forest Bathing practitioner and will guide you, using various invitations to help you slow down and connect with nature. The walk will last for 2 hours and we will finish with a tea ceremony using natures gifts.
These walks are for anyone wanting to experience nature on a deeper level, or are wanting to take some time out for themselves to relax and spend time at peace in nature.
