We organize mindful day retreats and forest-bathing hikes in beautiful state parks around Atlanta. Each gathering blends gentle hiking, silence, and guided reflection in the woods — helping you experience presence, peace, and connection.

Monthly or bi-monthly Mindful Nature Retreats in Georgia’s state parks

Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) walks — slow, sensory connection with trees and earth

Simple mindfulness and breathwork practices outdoors

Quiet reflection, visual journaling, and gentle conversation

Community of calm, like-minded explorers
