- A short guided body scan meditation to help us arrive and settle
- Group reading (we read aloud in turns — optional participation)
- A few minutes of silent reflection
- Open sharing and discussion of insights, thoughts, and experiences.
Each person’s sharing helps deepen and broaden our understanding. You’re always welcome to simply listen and observe — no pressure to speak.
Time: 1pm-2.30p on each Saturday
