Jessie Upp is certified in the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and is more about learning/sharing about mindful eating as she is currently becoming certified in Plant-Based Nutrition, as well as a Certified Professional Mindfulness Teacher (CMT-P), helping teach mindfulness to teachers and their students.
