Hello! My name is Graziana. I am a licensed occupational therapist and registered yoga teacher, running a virtual support circle for pregnant people centered around nervous system regulation and emotional readiness for birth. Working closely with families in OT sessions and yoga classes, I have learned that so much of pregnancy support focuses on preparing your body for labor... but what about your mind, your emotions, your nervous system?
Pregnancy IS a journey in itself...exciting, beautiful, sometimes overwhelming, and full of all the feels. If you’re looking for a supportive and also educational space where you can connect with other pregnant folks, share what you’re going through, and learn simple tools to help calm your nervous system and prepare for birth, you’re in the right place.
