Join YourPlace Therapy (YPT) at Balance Arts Center for a cozy day of mindfulness events to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month. We will have yoga, soundbath meditation, and a wellness circle workshop led by instructors, experts, and YPT staff. This event is designed to help you connect with your inner self through movement, rest, and conversation while de-stressing.
Mindfulness is an evidence-based therapeutic practice that focuses on internal awareness of your body, thoughts, and emotions. The goal is to set aside inner criticisms by being fully present in mind, body, and spirit.
