Rooted Brotherhood Connection & Combat

Calling all men seeking authentic connection.

Join Rooted Brotherhood at Montford Park in Asheville on Thursday mornings, rain or shine, from 7:30–9:00 AM to start your day with brotherhood, presence, and sacred combat. We hold safe and sacred space for men to fully express themselves through physical practices including qi gong, breathwork, games, and combat drills.

Whether you're here to move, to connect, or to step into the arena — there is a place for you. No one is required to participate in combat; the space is equally welcoming for those who simply wish to dance and play with gloves on.

All men 18+ are welcome. Free to attend — donations appreciated.

What to bring: Clothes to move in, water, and — if you have them — boxing gloves, headgear, and a mouth guard. Gear is provided for those who don't own gloves or headgear.
