Are you ready to explore a new way of bringing mindfulness into your life whilst also improving your swimming technique? Join me for a Mindful Swimming session and experience the calming power of movement, breath and water.
These sessions are designed for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to reduce stress, build confidence in the water and develop a deeper connection to their breath and movement. You don’t need to be a strong swimmer- just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore mindfulness in a new way.
