Finding Digital Balance: a Beachside Conversation About Tech & Awareness
Details
How often do you reach for your phone without meaning to?
As digital nomads, our devices are everything at once: office, social life, maps, entertainment, connection to home. The line between using technology and living inside it disappears completely. Most of us feel it. Few of us have taken the time to actually look at it.
This isn't a digital detox meetup. I’m not here to lecture you or tell you to ditch your phone. We're here to get curious, together.
The event includes
- Honest small-group conversation (max 10 people) at the beach
- A live awareness experiment you'll carry with you through the whole session
- Guided journaling with prompts to explore your real relationship with your devices
- Practical tools you can actually use starting from the following day
- Unstructured time at the end for conversations that want to keep going
This is for you if
- You feel like your devices use you more than you use them
- You're ready to explore what intentional tech use actually looks like
- You want to connect with other nomads who are interested in this topic
- You just want a few hours to slow down and be present
What to bring
- Beach towel to sit on
- Water or a drink
- Your notebook if you prefer (reflection sheets and pen are provided)

That experience became my greatest teacher and the reason I created a community dedicated to helping
