Welcome to Mindful Walks, a gentle gathering for anyone who wants to slow down, connect with nature, and practice being present.
I have been deeply inspired by Eckhart Tolle for many years, how he talks about presence, noticing life as it is, and slowing down to truly experience each moment. That inspiration, along with my love of nature, has guided me to create this space for just being together in nature, noticing what is around us and sharing gentle presence with others.
